HOW TICKET BOOKING & SEATING WORKS

1. CHOOSE YOUR ZONE

Our venue has three seating zones. When booking a ticket, you choose the zone, not a specific seat or table.

• Hot Spot (Front)

Closest to the stage with the best view and atmosphere.

• Lekke Spot (Middle)

Great energy, balanced view of the stage.

• Chill Spot (Back)

Relaxed vibe. Slightly obstructed views, but best for a casual experience.

2. YOU BOOK A ZONE, NOT A TABLE

Tickets reserve your spot inside the zone you selected.
You are not choosing:

• a table number
• a specific seat
• a place at the front/back of the zone

This makes the system fair for everyone and lets us seat groups together.

3. HOW WE ALLOCATE TABLES

To make sure the venue is comfortable and organised, we allocate tables 1–2 days before the show based on:

• your group size
• your chosen zone
• total bookings 

This allows:

• families and groups to sit together
• no empty seats or wasted tables
• an organised entry process on the day

4.WILL I SHARE A TABLE

We always try to seat groups together as comfortably as possible.

If you book a smaller group (e.g. 1 or 2 people), you may share a table with others in the same zone.
This is standard for live events and helps us seat everyone fairly.

However:

If the event is not fully booked, we will do our best to

• space out tables more comfortably,
• seat smaller groups at their own tables, and
• move all zones slightly closer to the stage,
  so everyone enjoys a better view.

Please note:

These upgrades are not guaranteed and depend entirely on the number of tickets sold.

5. ON THE DAY: HOW CHECK-IN WORKS

When you arrive:

• Give your name at the entrance
• We check the seating plan
• You will be guided to your allocated table in your chosen zone

Table numbers will be clearly displayed to make the process quick and easy

6. WANT TO SIT TOGETHER?

If you’re coming as a group, please book your tickets in one transaction and under one name.
This helps us guarantee you are seated together.
